  I hired these guys as roof subcontractors back in August of 2016. Their workmanship did not meet our customer's expectation, furthermore leaving a few homes in disasters where our company had to hire another contractor to fix Reliable's mistakes.
  
  I wanted to share a couple examples of the workmanship issues that are still ongoing due to Reliable's negligence.
  
  1. Cosmetic issues: our customers are asking us to redo the entire project due to improper installation and lack of attention to detail.
  2. Functional issues: water is leaking into the house causing mold to infest between the drywall and subfloor due to improper installation of the roof.
  3. Workmanship issues: their workers caused damages to lawn furniture, fencing, and landscape.
